Dr. George 'Bud' Vana
George ‘Bud’ Vana, MD, is a general pediatrician, adult psychiatrist, and child psychiatrist. Dr. Bud is a graduate of Harvard University, and he completed medical school at the University of Vermont and his residency training at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He has worked to develop a telehealth infrastructure at the Lummi Tribal Health Center, as well as a child psychiatry consultation service for other tribal health clinics. His other professional interests include family-based psychiatry, acceptance and commitment therapy, treatment of co-occurring disorders, treatment of developmental disabilities, and integrated medical and behavioral healthcare. Outside of work Bud enjoys canoeing, hiking, and curling with his family.

Dr. Steve came to Vermont in 1991 after medical school in Boston at Tufts University and pediatric residency training at Dartmouth. He was a pediatrician in New Hampshire for three years before returning to Boston to complete a fellowship in developmental disabilities at Boston Children's Hospital. He is board certified in Pediatrics with subspecialty certification in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities and Behavioral Developmental pediatrics. His research and professional interests include: creation of new tools for developmental screening; long term effects of neurodevelopmental disability upon growth, nutritional status, and metabolism in children and adults; early identification and intervention in children who have autism or related disorders; interdisciplinary assessment of feeding disorders in children with neurodevelopmental and related disorders; continuing medical education and training for community providers of care to children who have neurodevelopmental and related disorders, and their families.

Ayla Malone
Ayla is a rostered pre-licensed psychotherapist currently earning her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. She earned her B.S. in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and moved from Boston to Vermont in 2024 to begin growing her therapy practice in the beautiful Green Mountains. Ayla values diversity in all forms, and is passionate about helping neurodiverse adolescents and adults harness their inner potential without judgement or conformity. She works with clients of all genders, races, and backgrounds, and cares deeply about individualizing the therapy experience to suit each client's needs. Outside of the therapy space, Ayla enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening, painting, and spending time with her cats.
