Bridges Healthcare Vermont is an evaluation and consultation service available to youth and young adults between the ages of 18 months-25 years.

Our Neurodiversity clinic will focus on assessment and management recommendations for diagnosis and problems related to Autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences. The clinic's focus on neurodiversity will emphasize inclusivity as well as embracing differences in brain development as opposed to only seeing these differences as pathological. The clinic will be problem-focused rather than disorder-focused - looking to enhance neurodiverse strengths while also helping to chart a child- and family-focused course to address the identified problem.

We are currently offering the following services and chief complaints:

Bridging psychiatric services while awaiting transition to a long-term provider – evaluation, and medication management for ages 3-25 (1-3 sessions with possible bridge to further services)

Bridging and diagnostic work up for early psychosis: (ages 10-18 for 4 to 12 weeks) - family therapy, individual therapy, medication management

Sleep problems: medication and behavioral therapy (for parents of and children ages 3-22 - CBT-I or ACT for sleep – 6 weeks)

School avoidance: Family therapy/parent training and medication management (ages 5-18 – for 6-12 weeks)

Oppositionality: Family therapy/parent training and medication management for (ages 5-18 – for 6-12 weeks)

Med/Psych Problem consultation for Providers

Parental anxiety problems: behavioral therapy and medication management (6-12 weeks for parents of children referred to us aged 1-12 years)

Evaluation and diagnostic work up for Autism, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and ADHD: (ages 18 months to 25 years)
